1. My Key is invalid or authentication fails — what do I do?

  • Check for extra spaces when copying the key
  • Check whether the key has expired or been disabled
  • Verify that your request uses the correct headers and parameters
  • Confirm you're using the dedicated token group for the tool you're using

2. How do I check my balance and usage history?

Log in to the dashboard to view: current balance, top-up history, usage details, and billing breakdown.

Environment & Installation

npm install is slow or failing?

You can use a Chinese npm mirror:

Node.js version is too old?

Claude Code and CodeX both require Node.js 18+.

  • Windows: Download and install the latest version
  • macOS: brew upgrade node
  • Linux: Use nvm or the NodeSource repository

Environment variables not taking effect?

  • Windows: Restart the terminal window or reboot
  • macOS/Linux: Run source ~/.bashrc or source ~/.zshrc

Tool Usage

CC-Switch won't start?

  • Check for permission issues
  • Try running as administrator
  • Check if antivirus software is blocking it
  • Re-download and install the latest version

Claude Code says connection failed?

Check the following:

  • Is your network connection working?
  • Is the API key correct?
  • Are environment variables set correctly?
  • Is your balance sufficient?

Are CodeX and Claude Code tokens interchangeable?

No. Different tools require different token groups.

How does billing work?

Billing is based on actual usage. Different models have different prices. See the dashboard for detailed pricing.

What happens when my balance runs out?

The service will be paused. Top up promptly to continue using it — service resumes immediately after payment.
